Official services and forms

Start with the purpose and evidence

DTV includes workcation and qualifying activities; the baseline scheme is a five-year multiple-entry visa with up to 180 days per entry. It does not mean five uninterrupted years without further immigration steps. LTR is a separate BOI programme for specified wealth, pensioner and professional categories. Eligibility depends on evidence, not an agent’s assurance.

Compare the whole family’s route

Plan each family member’s entry basis, stay deadline, insurance and dependence on the main applicant’s status. School enrolment or a property purchase does not by itself establish a general right to live and work in Thailand. Before a non-refundable payment, confirm the responsible mission, application location, financial evidence and consequences of changes in employment or family circumstances.

Next steps

  1. Describe your residence purpose and actual work.
  2. Compare official DTV and relevant LTR category criteria.
  3. Check separate spouse and child conditions.
  4. Obtain the document checklist before paying service fees.
